Once I purchase a Lemon Drop Box for a loved one, what should I expect next?

When you purchase a Lemon Drop Box, you’ll get to select the months that your loved one will receive a box and you’ll be able to create a Gift Note for each box that you have purchased. All boxes are shipped between the 10th and 15th of each month unless otherwise noted, for example February's box will be shipped earlier in the month to arrive in time for Valentine's Day. Delivery can take up to 5 to 7 days from the ship date. Your loved one will receive a Lemon Drop Box, clearly marked, containing your personal Gift Note, the gifts that we handpicked for the month, and a card explaining the contents of the box. It’s that simple!

Do I get to choose what is included in a Lemon Drop Box?

You get to choose which months your loved one will receive a box, but you will not get to choose the contents - that’s part of the fun! Box previews will be available for the current month so if you see a box that you feel your loved one won’t enjoy, you can change your gift box delivery schedule by contacting customer service at support@lemondropgifts.com. Does Lemon Drop Gifts accommodate dietary restrictions?

While Lemon Drop Gifts does not currently offer alternate dietary options, it is something that we are looking into and hope to offer in the future. If you have a specific need, contact us at info@lemondropgifts.com to help us plan future Lemon Drop Boxes. 

SHIPPING

When can I expect each Lemon Drop Box to ship?

Generally, boxes will be shipped each month between the 10th and the 15th, to arrive to your recipient in the second half of the month. However, some months we will ship ealier than the 10th to arrive in time for a specific holiday. For example, the Valentine's box will ship earlier in the month to arrive in time for Valentine's Day.

Can I chose to send my loved one’s package earlier in the month?

While we try our best to accommadate shipping requests we can't guaranty a delivery date as all Lemon Drop Boxes ship at the same time each month. If you need a gift that can be sent immediately, check out the selections in the Lemon Drop Shop.

Where does Lemon Drop Gifts ship?

Lemon Drop Gifts currently ships to the continental United States.

Are there any shipping costs?

All standard shipping costs are included in the listed price for the Lemon Drop Box.

How do I change a shipping address?

You can change a shipping addresses on an existing order by contacting customer service at support@lemondropgifts.com.  

What do I do if my loved one did not receive their package on time?

Please email support@lemondropgifts.com to report a missing package. We will let you know if the package is delayed, or if the package is missing and send another one if available.

What are the dimensions of Lemon Drop boxes?

Lemon Drop Boxes are 12” by 10” by 4“.

How do I pay for my Lemon Drop Gift?

We accept all major credit cards or you may submit payment through Paypal.

When will I be billed?

Payment for all orders is due at Checkout. 

What if I would like to cancel a Lemon Drop Box?

You may cancel at any time - there are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you would like to cancel a Lemon Drop Box order please contact customer service at support@lemondropgifts.com. You will be reimbursed for the boxes your loved one did not receive. You must cancel before the end of the month preceding a box delivery month in order to be reimbursed for that box. For example, to be reimbursed for February's gift box you must cancel by January 31st.

I have a discount/promo code, how do I submit this?

At the time of purchase, there will be a box for you to enter any codes towards your purchase. You may not submit codes retrospectively, only at the time of purchase. 

Are there any hidden fees?

No there are not.  Standard shipping is included with all Lemon Drop Boxes. Please note that in North Carolina, sales tax may apply.

If I purchase more than one Lemon Drop Box will it 'auto-renew' after the last shipment?

No, it will not. As a courtesy, during the month of your last scheduled box delivery, we will send you an email notifying you so that you can purchase additional boxes if desired.

How can I update my billing information?

Login to your Account page and click “Address Book” - you will be able to edit your billing information here at any time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is the policy on returns or exchanges?

Lemon Drop Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your loved one is not 100% satisfied with your gift from the Lemon Drop Shop you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is free of charge please contact us on info@lemondropgifts.com to arrange for a shipping label. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.
